Recommendation

Keep this bundle in its dedicated folder while deciding between the daily formats. Promote one format for each day, with the same shared supporting contributions. The operations folder remains the record of that trial.

Promotion involves paragraph matching, link rebasing and preserving user edits across several files. It is better for me to carry it out as a bounded pass after the sample is reviewed. You do not need to consolidate these files by hand.

Daily notes

Targets:

Compare the selected sample with the target's current body before editing. Preserve any user changes made since the sample's snapshot. The sample's first-person text was reused from these notes, so a format choice ordinarily changes arrangement and links rather than requiring another prose synthesis.

Replace the agreed body sections with the selected arrangement. Do not append a second day or import both formats. Rebase the sample's memory, cycle, container and source links to their adopted targets. Confirm the thread properties separately before adding YAML to either existing user note.

Investigation contributions

Use the existing publication investigations as the destinations. C01 belongs to investigations/01 liminality, comfort and discomfort.md, under opening questions or claims, position. C02 belongs to investigations/05 site grounding.md, under context. C03 belongs to investigations/06 emotions.md, under opening questions or claims, position.

Replace an equivalent existing brief at the same date only after checking it for distinct source material. If no equivalent contribution exists, add the selected passage under the matching category with the agreed dated H6 heading. Preserve the other cycle categories and their existing content.

investigations/02 ritual movement and journeys.md and investigations/11 specificity paradox.md receive a reference to C03's primary heading. They do not receive another copy of its prose. investigations/10 sacred and profane.md receives the earth/sky artefact and open question only if they are not already represented.

The original draft provenance remains 01-B003, 05-B003 and 06-B004 even after publication placement. The consolidated snapshot, contribution ID and source audit status travel with each passage.

Memories, reading and images

The four memory extracts already have live publication counterparts. Reuse those notes, keeping any later user writing. Move no sample memory over a live note and create no duplicate of the same experience. Their event dates stay unknown until established.

The 2014 article is distinct from the existing 2011 dissertation note. If the demonstrated encounter is retained, add the compact 2014 Literature Note and its reference to the existing literature infrastructure. Check for an existing equivalent first. Keep the held 2011 paragraph unplaced until its narrative treatment is decided.

Reuse the existing programme and earth/sky images by hash. The circles/portal drawing and Review 1 site map are bounded sample copies. Promote them only where no equivalent asset exists, and retain their source and date qualifications. Remove the sample prefix from adopted asset links. Do not move source PDFs into the publication vault.

Containers

Compare the sample project-definition, context and programme states with the live containers' current position and change log sections. The 5–6 March lines are already substantially represented there. Preserve the live versions or make an agreed correction. Do not append duplicate dated decisions.

Feedback about narrowing the programme remains feedback until an actual adopted change is sourced. No final site selection is imported from this sample.

Placement, audit and metadata

Carry the reviewed two-day placement into the existing chronology companion. A change to M04, M26 or M05 requires its owner to reconcile it. This sample supplies a handover and does not edit those shared moments.

Carry C01–C03 and the held literature record into the one forward source audit. These are navigation records and placement checks, not completed transcript coverage. Missing implications keep their source and proposed function until the proper owner resolves them.

The integrated version is the sample's single visual record for each date. The structured comparison is excluded. If the structured format is chosen, switch that flag while adopting the same thread data. Retain uncertainty and assessment provenance. Do not replace old workbook activity scores with these importance weights.

Completion check for promotion

• One live note per date and one primary copy per argument contribution.
• Existing user wording and edits preserved.
• All transclusions, memory returns, citations, container links and images resolve in the live publication vault.
• Narrative dates remain separate from event, recollection, encounter and production dates.
• Only reviewed decisions change containers. Only confirmed properties change existing YAML.
• The selected source-audit chain remains navigable after link rebasing.

Leave the demonstration intact until the promoted notes have been checked. Then retain it as a clearly labelled trial or archive it as a unit according to the user's preference. No automatic deletion or publication is part of this run.
